欧洲央行管委Joachim Nagel表示，周四加息25个基点后，欧元区利率仍处于“总体中性”区间。
这位德国央行行长周一讲话时表示：“因此，目前的货币政策基本立场既没有对经济造成压力，也没有阻碍促进经济增长的结构性措施。”
他还表示：
“即使霍尔木兹海峡在不久的将来重新开放航运，石油供应也需要数月时间才能恢复正常。鉴于该地区的一些生产设施已经受损或停运，而且正在储备减少，更是需要时间才能恢复”
“此外，一旦降低能源价格的财政政策措施到期，价格压力可能会再次上升。”
“货币政策并非应对短期供给冲击，我们不能袖手旁观，坐等事态发展。”
“未来几个月，高昂的能源成本可能会越来越明显地反映在消费者价格中。目前也不能排除第二轮效应的可能性。”
“目前高工资要求进一步推高物价的风险较低。但是，如果通胀预期上升，也可能出现第二轮效应。”
欧洲央行“对7月份政策会议保留所有选项。”
