日本投资者寻求认购价值逾62亿美元的SpaceX股票--消息人士路透东京6月13日 - 两名知情人士称，在SpaceX创纪录的首次公开发行$(IPO)$中，日本投资者寻求认购超过1万亿日圆（62亿美元）的股票。
消息人士补充说，大部分需求来自散户投资者。由于未获得公开谈论此次IPO的授权，消息人士不愿具名。
周五的一份文件显示，日本投资者最终获得了价值 22 亿美元的股票。
此次IPO的超额认购率与全球对SpaceX股票的需求情况大致相符。该公司在有史以来规模最大的IPO中筹集了750亿美元。路透本周报道称，此次IPO吸引了全球投资者2,500亿美元的认购需求。
瑞穗金融集团8411.T旗下的瑞穗证券美国公司担任此次IPO的日本独家承销商，它拒绝就日本投资者的总体认购规模发表评论。
瑞穗证券发言人表示，内部调查显示，超过1,000名日本客户寻求超过1亿日圆（624,500 美元）的配额，一些投资者寻求超过100亿日圆的配额。
发言人补充说，6月前10天，瑞穗证券的开户申请数量是过去12个月平均水平的四倍。
此次IPO为散户投资者预留了至多30%的股份，占比相当高。如果承销商行使超额配售权，投资者还可以获得更多股份，而承销商通常会在IPO后30天内做出决定。(完)
