2026 年 6 月 12 日，纳斯达克交易所公布 SpaceX 首次公开发行意向定价。

　　SpaceX A 类股票成交量已突破 2.07 亿股，成交金额接近 330 亿美元；远超同日纳指 100ETF（QQQ）约 220 亿美元、标普 500ETF（SPY）180 亿美元的成交规模。

　　该股盘中最高触及 168.75 美元，较 135 美元的发行价上涨 25%，较 150 美元开盘价上涨 12.5%。

　　股价冲高至这一峰值时，SpaceX的总市值约达 2.21 万亿美元，距离亚马逊约 2.54 万亿美元的市值仅一步之遥。
