专题：马斯克旗下SpaceX登录纳斯达克 成为史上最大IPO

　　这场史上规模最大的 IPO 于周五正式开盘，SpaceX 股票交易代码 SPCX，开盘报价 150 美元。

　　开盘不久，该股股价冲高至 160 美元上方，推动公司总市值突破 2 万亿美元。

　　周五，埃隆・马斯克与总裁兼首席运营官格温妮・肖特韦尔共同敲响上市开市钟；马斯克身处得克萨斯州远程连线，肖特韦尔亲临纽约纳斯达克现场。

　　上市仪式前，马斯克在摩根大通直播中表示，SpaceX 自 2015 年前后便已实现正向现金流。他选择在当下推动公司上市，是为新一轮大规模扩张募集资金：公司计划向轨道部署超十万颗通信卫星、在轨搭建 AI 数据中心，同时推进多项其他重大项目。

　　凭借手中 SpaceX 与特斯拉合计持股，马斯克有望成为全球首位万亿富豪。公司创立之初主营可回收运载火箭，而目前唯一实现盈利的业务板块是星链卫星互联网。

　　2026 年 2 月，SpaceX 完成收购马斯克旗下人工智能企业 xAI，一并接管其配套数据中心、Grok 大模型、饱受争议的同名 AI 对话与图像生成工具，以及社交平台 X（原推特）。

　　根据招股书披露数据，SpaceX 自 2002 年成立以来，累计亏损总额达 413 亿美元。
