ChainCatcher 消息，据 Finance Feeds 报道，欧洲央行行长 Christine Lagarde 在 ECB 会议上警告，欧洲面临失去支付主权的风险，美元稳定币和外国网络正在主导未来金融基础设施。Lagarde 指出，欧洲没有自己的泛欧洲卡网络，国际卡组织占欧洲卡支付的 60% 以上，21 个欧元区国家中有 13 个不再拥有国家卡方案。她表示，数字欧元可打破这一局面，因其法定货币地位必须在全欧洲被接受。
Lagarde 强调，代币化金融需要央行货币才能安全扩展，市场参与者表示若无央行结算基础设施，不会大规模发行数字资产。欧洲央行正在推进 Pontes 和 Appia 两项倡议，并建立 TIPS 与印度 UPI、东南亚 Nexus 系统的连接。她警告，若成员国各自为政制定法律框架，将在法律层面重现技术正在消解的碎片化。这场竞争已演变为地缘政治和主权问题。
