消息面上，据上海证券报报道，自2025年第四季度以来，碳化硅行业新增晶圆产能扩张节奏有所放缓，而汽车、光储、充电桩等三大主力应用市场均持续处于高景气运行周期，对国产SiC MOSFET器件的需求持续快速增长；同时，消费电子、AI等新兴应用场景需求集中爆发，叠加半导体行业整体涨价预期，拉高终端厂商的备库存需求，共同推动碳化硅行业景气度持续上升。
国投证券国际发布研报称，瀚天天成是全球碳化硅外延行业龙头，核心从事碳化硅外延芯片研发、量产与销售，产品用于功率器件制造，下游覆盖电动汽车、充电基建、可再生能源、储能系统等领域。据灼识咨询的资料，2023年起按年销售片数计为全球最大碳化硅外延供应商，2024年市场份额超30%。
