　　华新手袋国际控股（02683）公布，预期该集团截至2026年3月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占纯利不少于8400万港元，而2025年同期公司拥有人应占纯利约6400万港元。

　　公告称，纯利增长主要归因于以下因素：收益由过往年度的约7.24亿港元增加约1.26亿港元至报告年度的约8.5亿港元，增加约17%。此乃主要由于新客户于报告年度下达的持续订单及来自欧洲（尤其是荷兰）的销售；及集团售出货品数量增加导致收益增加，以及持续实施若干严格成本控制措施成功减少集团的基本生产营运成本，令毛利及毛利率上升。

　　综上所述，报告年度毛利较过往年度增加。然而，有关增加部分被以下因素缓解：（i）行政开支增加，主要是由于雇员福利开支增加，与销售活动水平上升相符；（ii）报告年度汇兑收益减少；（iii）报告年度根据预期信贷亏损模型贸易应收款项减值拨备增加，与贸易应收款项整体增加水平一致，而过往年度则由于收回若干先前已作拨备的应收款项而录得减值拨备拨回；及（iv）报告年度应课税溢利增加导致所得税开支增加。
