金吾财讯 | 建材水泥股局部走强，中国建材(03323)涨5.38%，东吴水泥(00695)涨4.87%，华新建材(06655)涨4.71%，亚洲水泥(中国)(00743)涨1.06%。据国家发展改革委6月15日消息，国家发展改革委、工业和信息化部、生态环境部、国务院国资委、国家能源局联合印发关于开展重点行业节能降碳改造攻坚三年行动的通知（以下简称“通知”）。通知提出，水泥行业推动水泥熟料生产等重点工序节能降碳改造，应用六级预热器、第四代中置辊破高效篦冷机等高效设备，开展窑炉富氧（全氧）燃烧系统、高效燃烧器等改造，支持立磨终粉磨系统、分别粉磨工艺技术应用，实施原料燃料绿色低碳替代，加快电机、风机、水泵、热泵、空压机、变压器等用能设备更新升级。60万吨/年以下水泥粉磨站等应加快改造升级。
