智通财经APP讯，新世纪集团(00234)发布截至2026年3月31日止年度业绩，收入6679.6万港元，同比下降26%;公司拥有人应占亏损2846万港元，同比收窄48.9%;每股基本亏损0.49港仙。
期内亏损减少乃主要由于(i)集团于中国香港的投资物业的公平价值亏损减少及(ii)应收贷款及利息以及抵债资产的减值亏损净额减少。上述利好因素部分被放债业务的利息收入大幅下降有所抵销，自2025年第二季度起，住宅物业市场开始反弹，借款人趁机出售其按揭物业，令偿还按揭贷款的个案增加，并在传统银行的激烈竞争情况下，只有较少的贷款申请，导致按揭贷款组合出现萎缩。
