智通财经APP讯，五矿资源(01208)公布，于2026年6月16日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，拟透过配售代理发行约7.06亿股股份，配售价为 8.88 港元，较2026年6月15日收市价每股 9.74 港元折让约 8.8%。配售净筹约62.53亿港元，拟用于为现有贷款进行再融资、支持现有项目发展及扩张计划、为战略收购及投资提供资金，以及补充营运资金及一般公司用途。
于2026年6月15日，公司(作为发行人)与经办人订立认购协议，据此，公司同意发行本金总额为8亿美元的债券，债券发行价将为债券本金额的102%，股份的初始转换价格为每股股份10.21 港元，较2026年6月15日收市价每股9.74 港元溢价约4.8%。待完成债券发行后，净筹约8.13亿美元，拟用于为现有贷款进行再融资、支持现有项目发展及扩张计划、为战略收购及投资提供资金，以及补充营运资金及一般公司用途。
