智通财经APP讯，李氏大药厂(00950)发布公告，公司已决定透过行使公司股东于2026年5月21日举行的公司股东周年大会上授予董事会购回公司股份的一般授权，实行一项股份购回计划。公司将于公开市场上购回其股份。在购回授权的规限下，股份购回计划将授权公司于自2026年6月16日起至公司下届股东周年大会结束时或公司的组织章程大纲及细则或任何适用法律规定公司须举行下届股东周年大会的期限届满时或公司股东于股东大会上以普通决议案撤销或更改购回授权之日(以最早者为准)止期间，以不多于5000万港元的总代价购回股份。
根据购回授权，公司获准购回最多达于授出购回授权的相关决议案通过当日已发行股份总数10%的本身股份(即58,883,534股股份)。
