Central Development (HKG:0475) expects an attributable loss of between HK$25 million and HK$27 million for the year ended March 31, compared with HK$19.2 million a year prior, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The solar energy products maker attributed the forecast to a substantially lower gain on fair value changes of derivative financial instruments related to convertible bonds, as well as a drop in revenue and other income.
