此外，6月11日，交通运输部、国家发展改革委等十一部门联合印发《推动新能源重卡规模化应用实施方案》。华泰证券认为，《方案》文件是国内首次针对重卡这一高能耗、高电池量细分领域提出全国性量化目标，并将充换电等基础设施建设纳入整体规划，实现多场景、多技术协同推进，利好国内动力电池及绿氢产业链。
