近日，东方晶源董事长兼CTO俞宗强在与凤凰网财经《发现新势力》对话时，回应了关于5纳米刻蚀机难度堪比“两弹一星”的说法。他认为，这种说法并不夸张，但两者不宜简单类比,，真正难的是让客户买单。

凤凰网财经《发现新势力》： 中微的尹志尧说5纳米刻蚀机的难度不亚于“两弹一星”，您怎么看？
俞宗强： 尹总是行业里非常资深的先辈，中微也非常成功，是我们学习的榜样。但这两者很难直接去比。
难度肯定是极大的。但“两弹一星”更多是国防层面的生死存亡，对成本没有那么多的考虑。而芯片不一样，你做出来之后，客户能不能接受、成本能不能覆盖，这些都是现实问题。
所以我觉得，说它不亚于“两弹一星”，这个说法并不夸张，确实非常非常难。但这两者没法简单地相比，其实大家也说光刻机是人类有史以来制造过的最难的，确实是。
