智通财经APP讯，恒大汽车(00708)发布公告，紧随肖先生辞任后，本公司未能符合上市规则第3.05条所规定须有两名授权代表，随时作为本公司与联交所的主要沟通渠道的要求。
本公司接获联交所就股份于联交所恢复买卖的额外复牌指引(第三项复牌指引，连同初步复牌指引及第二项复牌指引，统称“复牌指引”)，即须重新遵守上述上市规则。
于股份获准恢复买卖之前，本公司必须满足所有复牌指引、补救导致其暂停买卖之问题并全面遵守上市规则，以使联交所满意。倘本公司情况有变，联交所可能修改复牌指引或对复牌指引作出补充。倘股份连续停牌18个 月(于2026年9月30日届满)，则联交所可取消股份的上市地位。倘本公司未能于2026年9月30日前补救导致停牌的问题、履行复牌指引及全面遵守上市规则以使联交所满意并恢复股份买卖，则联交所上市科将建议联交所上市委员会取消本公司的上市地位。联交所有权在适当的情况下施加较短的特定补救期或即时取消本公司的上市地位。
