消息面上，台积电 (TSM) 与艾玛克技术达成十年战略合作协议，双方将协同扩充美国亚利桑那州先进半导体封装产能，助力完善美国本土半导体供应链体系。协议明确，艾玛克技术将为台积电长期提供先进封装及测试服务，适配全球高性能计算、AI 芯片量产需求。
业务层面，艾玛克技术推进亚利桑那州先进封测园区建设，台积电同步落地当地晶圆制造基地，两大园区形成产业协同闭环。艾玛克技术CEO 凯文・恩格尔表示，本次合作补齐美国本土从晶圆制造到成品封测的全链条产能。
据半导体行业协会 (SIA) 公开数据，先进封装现已成为 AI 芯片性能迭代核心环节，美国近年持续出台产业政策扶持本土封测产能建设，本次十年长约也是海外芯片企业合规布局北美市场的典型动作。
