股市和债市在周一亚洲时段双双上涨，美元下跌，此前美伊达成和平协议，同意重新开放霍尔木兹海峡，并解除美国对伊朗的封锁。美国原油期货下跌逾4%，标普500指数期货上涨约0.8%，美元普遍走软。ATFX Global驻悉尼首席市场策略师Nick Twidale称，市场将持观望态度，关注海峡究竟可以多快重启，以及石油供应何时能真正恢复正常。这肯定需要数月而非数周时间。我认为油价短期内不会很快回到70美元。澳新银行（ANZ）驻悉尼外汇研究主管Mahjabeen Zaman称，这一利好消息早有预期，市场此前已呈缓慢上行态势、持续观望，部分正面情绪已经消化。从周期性外汇走势来看，我认为当前水平仍有上行空间。今天或许会因市场情绪高涨而看到（油价）跌破80美元．．．但随后市场可能会意识到：等等，这项协议的条款可能并不那么有利。我们也认为，光是基础设施受损这个因素，油价将维持在相对略高的水平。
