Goldman and Morgan Stanley to Pocket $100 Million Each In SpaceX IPO Fees -- WSJ

The total fee pool for SpaceX's IPO is around $500 million, or 0.7% of the $75 billion raised, according to a filing and people familiar with the matter.

Lead banks Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley will take home the lion's share of that, getting a combined 40% or around $100 million apiece.

Bank of America, Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase are each expected to earn around $75 million, while several other banks are set to earn around $10 million or less each.
