消息面上，今年5月，汽车之家披露2026年第一季度业绩，期内总营收为10.5亿元人民币。此外，为持续回馈股东、兑现长期价值承诺，结合公司股息政策，董事会已批准派发每股美国存托股0.66美元，或每股普通股0.1650美元的现金分红，将以美元支付给于2026年7月2日休市后登记在册的美国存托股及普通股持有人，分红总金额约为人民币5亿元。
年初以来，公司推出了一系列举措，加速推动向一站式汽车生态服务平台转型。用户端，公司启动了品牌焕新与App升级，将重心转向用户兴趣场景与交易全链路服务。在交易平台建设方面，新零售业务在两个城市上线“在线购车”功能，与经销商试点合作，探索购车电商新体验。公司也在积极推进出海布局 — 海外平台YesAuto已在泰国正式投入运营，二手车出口国际平台也同步上线，市场反响积极。
