腾讯控股的最大股东Prosus公布，得益于旗下各项业务以及对中国科技巨头腾讯的投资实现增长，该公司2026财年收入有所提高。

　　这家在阿姆斯特丹上市的科技投资者周五表示，在截至3月31日的财年中，公司收入超过73亿美元，其Ecosystem（前身为电子商务）业务实现调整后未计利息、税项、折旧及摊销前利润11亿美元。

　　Prosus在2025财年录得收入62亿美元。

　　就持续经营业务而言，该公司偏好的指标之一“核心整体收益“预计将增长19%至28%。Prosus补充称，预计整体收益将增长6.7%至15.7%。该公司表示，这些指标反映了其各项业务（尤其是腾讯）强劲的收入增长和盈利能力。

　　与此同时，每股普通股收益预计将在下降2.6%至增长6.4%之间。这在一定程度上反映出，由于期内出售的股票数量减少，该集团出售所持腾讯股份的收益下降，同时也反映了未实现汇兑损失的增加。

　　该公司将于6月29日公布其2026财年业绩。
