新浪科技讯 6月19日上午消息，昨日，阿里巴巴集团主席蔡崇信在欧洲科技峰会VivaTech 2026上，阐述了阿里巴巴全栈AI的发展战略。
蔡崇信在一场对谈中提出，AI的总潜在市场规模（TAM）应当对标人类生产力本身。“AI正在创造等同于人类智能和人类生产力的价值单元。放眼全球，超过100万亿美元的GDP中，至少有一半——50万亿美元，是关于人类生产力和人类智能的，这就是AI的总潜在市场。因此阿里巴巴正在全面投入AI。”
蔡崇信强调，全栈AI是阿里巴巴面向未来的核心战略。
他进一步阐释了阿里巴巴在全栈AI上的优势。在能源层，阿里受益于中国高效低成本的能源供给；在基础设施层和模型层，阿里多年前已提早布局云计算和芯片，并拥有全球最受欢迎的开源模型千问（Qwen）；在应用层，阿里业务生态覆盖电商、即时零售、酒旅、地图等丰富场景，为AI提供了规模化部署入口。
谈及开源，蔡崇信表示，“当前，全球AI开源的主要推动力量来自中国企业。过去几年，阿里巴巴的团队在推动前沿模型的开源方面做出了巨大贡献，今天我们仍在不懈努力。”
