Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) appointed Victoria Ledda as group chief information officer and Rodrigo Castillo as group chief technology officer, effective July 1, subject to regulatory approval, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Ledda joined the bank in 2021 and served as executive general manager, among other leadership roles, the filing said. Castillo, on the other hand, has been with the bank since 2023 as chief technology officer.
