Double Eagle Energy said Thursday that it has no interest in a publicly proposed arrangement that would see principal John Sellers serve as chairman of Fermi Inc. (FRMI), operating as Fermi America.
The company said it was not consulted on the proposal, which was put forward in an open letter by Toby Neugebauer, and has not discussed it with Fermi Inc. either.
