Perceptive Capital Solutions (PCSC) said Thursday the US Securities and Exchange Commission declared effective on June 17 the registration statement for its proposed business combination with Freenome Holdings.
The blank-check company will hold an extraordinary general meeting on July 9 and will mail a definitive proxy statement and prospectus to shareholders of record as of June 12.
The business combination is expected to close in July, subject to conditions.
