Wilco 63 (WLCO) said late Wednesday it priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 per unit.
Underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3 million units to cover potential over-allotments.
The company said the units, consisting of one class A share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq on Thursday under the ticker symbol 'WLCOU'.
Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one class A share at an exercise price of $11.50 per share, the company said, adding that once the securities begin trading separately, the shares and warrants are expected to trade under the symbols 'WLCO' and 'WLCOW', respectively.
The IPO is expected to close on Monday, it added.
