IT之家 6 月 20 日消息，做客 No Priors 播客节目时，英特尔首席执行官陈立武（Lip-Bu Tan）透露将会和埃隆 · 马斯克（Elon Musk）合作推进 Terafab 项目，采用 14A 工艺为马斯克的汽车、机器人及太空数据中心制造芯片。
陈立武指出，他和马斯克均认为目前 AI 增速远超半导体基础产能，目前 AI 基建项目亟需提升供给效率。针对 AI 对半导体供应链的冲击，陈立武认为当前存在电力供应限制、氦气短缺风险，以及最突出的内存市场紧张三大瓶颈。
谈及马斯克的管理风格，陈立武表示欣赏其“第一性原理”思维，指出马斯克会逐一质疑每个生产步骤，拒绝传统方法，这种反常规特质令合作充满启发。

我想多数人都认同埃隆 · 马斯克是本世纪最杰出的企业家之一。我和他都认为，半导体基础设施的发展速度远不及人工智能的发展速度。
我们需要产能，我们需要生产力，我们需要提高效率。这些正是我和他共同关注的重点，也是目前所缺失的。
其次，能和他一起工作我感到非常荣幸。他很有个性，不拘一格。他几乎质疑每一步，质疑为什么非要用传统的方式做事。
从某种程度上来说，这激发了创造力，我们乐于看到不同的观点。让我们一起合作，找到最佳方案。我们都能从中学习到很多东西。而且，我认为他显然有一个愿景，他的机器人和汽车都需要大量的半导体。
