6月17日，中国人民银行行长潘功胜在2026陆家嘴论坛上宣布，授权建设银行在内的6家银行利用中国外汇交易中心平台在上海自贸区开展离岸人民币外汇交易。
政策发布当日，建设银行即通过中国外汇交易中心平台落地首批离岸人民币外汇交易。此次交易品种涵盖即期、远期、掉期全品类，交易对手地区涵盖境内和香港地区。
首日交易的成功落地，检验了建设银行内部系统对跨境和离岸人民币交易结算的支持能力，体现了建设银行服务我国外汇市场双向开放坚实的离岸定价能力和对外服务水平。
作为中国银行间外汇市场、货币市场和债券市场的核心做市商，建设银行将依托不断完善的上海自贸区金融服务体系，积极参与离岸人民币市场建设，持续发挥境内外一体化和本外币一体化的经营服务优势，助力推动人民币国际化和中国外汇市场高质量发展。
