智通财经APP讯，冠忠巴士集团(00306)发布公告，集团预期于截至2026年3月31日止年度将取得综合除税前盈利约2.90亿港元，相比截至2025年3月31日止年度取得综合除税前盈利约1.61亿港元。
上述综合除税前溢利的增加，主要由于集团于本年度各项业务整体表现稳健，当中非专利巴士业务及专利巴士业务均取得可观的收入增长。受惠于跨境巴士及本地巴士服务需求的稳健增长，以及专利巴士服务票价调整及客量回升，集团巴士相关业务表现取得近年最为理想的水平。大湾区一体化深化，进一步加强中国香港与大湾区内地城市在商务、旅游及民生往来方面的联系，为集团整体业务提供结构性增长动力。
然而，燃油及人力成本持续高企，尤其在国际燃油价格波动及地缘政治因素影响下，本地零售燃油价格长期处于高位，并于2026年3月取得较为显著的升幅。集团持续优化车队调配及班次安排，并透过提升营运效率及加强成本控制，有效维持整体业务稳定的经营溢利水平。
