消息面上，美国总统特朗普周日宣布华盛顿和德黑兰已就一项为期 60 天的谅解备忘录达成一致以来，原油价格暴跌。该备忘录旨在结束目前已持续三个月的冲突，并重新开放霍尔木兹海峡以进行商业通行。WTI原油期货价格跌3.5%，报73.345美元/桶，布伦特原油期货跌幅扩大至3%，报76.807美元/桶，创3月初以来新低。
美银预计，霍尔木兹海峡全面重新开放可能使布伦特原油价格今年降至82美元/桶，并使2026年下半年大部分时间价格区间维持在70-80美元。
