智通财经APP讯，中木国际(01822)发布公告，董事会建议按于记录日期每持有1股股份获发1股供股股份的基准，按认购价每股供股股份0.077港元进行供股。认购价每股供股股份0.077港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股0.137港元折让约43.80%。假设自本公告日期起直至记录日期(包括该日)止，已发行股份总数并无变动，公司将发行最多986,898,680股供股股份，并筹集所得款项最多约7700万港元(扣除开支前)。
供股的估计所得款项净额(经扣除与供股有关的估计开支后)将约为7400万港元，拟于供股完成后12个月期间将所得款项净额约46.0%用于集团食品及饮品产品的研发;所得款项净额约10.8%用于营销及宣传活动，以支持集团拓展食品及饮品业务;所得款项净额约8.1%拟用于营销及宣传活动，以支持集团木材相关业务，包括营销材料、贸易展及展览的成本;及所得款项净额约35.1%拟用作集团营运资金，包括但不限于集团的营运成本、员工成本、租金开支、专业费用及其他办公室开支。
