LG CNS (KRX:064400) and Doosan Corp. (KRX:000150) signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate on new businesses such as AX, RX, data centers, and cloud, the South Korean AI and cloud computing firm said Friday.
Under the agreement, the two firms will establish a business cooperation promotion body and finalize detailed operating plans within a month of the MoU signing to bring together their core competencies, the release said.
Shares of LG CNS fell nearly 5% at market close.
