埃隆．马斯克将部分股票期权转换为可立即行使投票权、但到2028年才能出售的股票，凭借此举将他在特斯拉（Tesla）的投票权提升至20%。

　　证券文件显示，在上周SpaceX刚刚完成首次公开募股（IPO）之后，马斯克履行了今年4月与特斯拉达成的一项协议，将他从2018年薪酬方案中获得的约3亿股未行使期权进行了转换。这项不同寻常的交易意味着，马斯克并未因此获得更多普通的特斯拉股票。相反，他获得了将于2028年1月19日归属的限制性股票，这一天也是这些期权原定的到期日。

　　不过，周三公布的一份文件显示，这些工具“附带马斯克可行使的投票权”。他交出了1，750万股股票，以支付约71亿美元的期权行权成本。交易完成后，马斯克持有约7亿股特斯拉股票，其中包括他通过信托持有的股票。他在一份证券披露文件中表示，这约占目前已发行股票总量的19.9%。

　　马斯克此前曾表示，他希望拥有特斯拉25%的控制权，这样才能安心在这家汽车制造商内部开发人工智能（AI）。2025年他在特斯拉的持股比例约为15%。马斯克今年一直在整合旗下业务。在火箭制造商SpaceX进行IPO之前，他将自己的初创公司xAI与SpaceX进行了合并。他持有SpaceX的超级投票权股票，这令他掌握了该公司80%以上的投票权。
