ChainCatcher 消息，Strive CEO Matt Cole 发文表示，今日是数字信贷历史上最困难的一天。STRC 盘中最低跌至 82.5 美元后大幅反弹，SATA 则从面值附近跌至 90 美元出头后回升，许多投资者经历了艰难交易日。Matt Cole 表示，今日发生的是一次杠杆清算事件，而不是底层信用质量恶化。
他指出，当投资者发现某类资产具备较高收益率、相对较低波动率和较强底层信用特征后，往往会通过借贷和加杠杆提高收益，但一旦市场反向波动，强制卖出可能引发价格下跌、追加保证金和进一步卖出的循环，使抛售脱离基本面并由资产负债表约束驱动。他强调，发行人的信用质量仍然稳健。Strive 的股息储备保持完整，公司并未承压，仍有能力履行义务并继续执行战略。
他还表示，STRC 和 SATA 均在盘中低点附近出现明显买盘并快速修复，显示较低价格区间存在实际需求。Matt Cole 称，清算事件与信用事件并不相同。今日价格波动并未改变其对数字信贷长期机会的信心，反而强化了其观点，即该领域正在构建一种新的金融工具类别，并将经历大型固定收益市场走向成熟前的类似成长阵痛。
