智通财经APP获悉，周三，芝商所(CME.US)开盘下跌，盘中最大跌幅近6%，截至发稿，跌3.3%。自3月初股价达到历史高点以来，该股连续下跌，跌幅超过20%。消息面上，芝商所宣布，在任逾25年的董事长兼首席执行官特里·达菲(Terry Duffy)将于2027年3月1日起转任执行主席，现任总裁兼首席财务官琳恩·菲茨帕特里克(Lynne Fitzpatrick)届时将出任首席执行官并加入董事会。
达菲于2002年出任CME集团董事长，2016年起兼任首席执行官。任期内，其主导公司从场内交易转型为电子化交易，并于2002年推动CME成为美国首家上市交易所；2007年完成与芝加哥期货交易所(CBOT)的历史性合并，2008年收购纽约商业交易所(NYMEX)。在其领导下，CME集团日均成交量去年达2810万手合约，市值较2002年上市时增逾8000%，超过950亿美元。
