Connect Biopharma Completes Enrollment in Phase 2 Rademikibart Asthma Study

Connect Biopharma (CNTB) has completed enrollment in its Phase 2 Seabreeze STAT asthma study evaluating rademikibart for acute asthma exacerbations, the company said Wednesday.

The randomized, placebo-controlled study enrolled 160 participants globally and is evaluating the safety and efficacy of the IL-4R alpha antibody as an adjunct to standard of care in patients with type 2 inflammation, the company said.

Connect Biopharma said it remains on track to complete enrollment in a related COPD study this month and expects to report topline asthma data in early September 2026.

Shares of the company were up 4.5% in premarket trading.
