智通财经APP讯，盛禾生物-B(02898)发布公告，于2026年6月17日，独立调查委员会委任CLA Advisory(Hong Kong)Limited为独立法证调查机构(调查机构)，以就该等事项进行独立调查。独立调查委员会在委任调查机构时所考虑的因素包括(其中包括)：
(i)调查机构为独立第三方，与任何主要股东、董事或本公司离任或新任核数师均无关联，且调查机构已确认其与本集团之间并无任何先前或现有业务关系，该等关系不会被合理地视为会损害其进行独立调查的独立性;
(ii)调查机构将派出一个由8人组成的专责法证团队，负责进行独立调查。项目团队由一名拥有逾18年审计及法证经验的高级合伙人领导。所有项目团队成员均在中国香港及中国内地进行复杂财务调查方面拥有丰富经验;
(iii)项目团队拥有为联交所上市公司成功进行独立法证调查方面的丰富实绩;及
(iv)调查机构已承诺制定务实的时间表，该时间表与本公司为履行复牌指引所订定的时间表相符。
基于上述因素，独立调查委员会得出结论，认为调查机构具备独立性，并拥有进行调查所需的资历、资格、经验及资源。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
