智通财经APP讯，金叶国际集团(08549)发布公告，基于对本集团截至2026年3月31日止年度(本年度)的未经审核管理账目及董事会目前可得资料作出的初步评估，预期本集团将取得收入约1.55亿港元，与截至2025年3月31日止年度(上一年度)相若，预期本集团将于报告年度取得约700万港元至1000万港元的年内亏损，而上一年度则取得年内溢利约1410万港元。
根据董事会可得的最新资料，该减少主要归因于：(i)报告年度的上市开支较上一年度约140万港元增加约950万港元，乃由于本公司于报告年度成功在香港联合交易所有限公司GEM上市;及(ii)报告年度的雇员花红以及其他一般及行政开支较上一年度约1270万港元增加约2140万港元，而乃主要归因于本集团为进一步提升营运管理能力所进行的工作。
