美国最大的商业原油储存中心的库存降至2014年以来最低水平，伊朗战争期间美国出口激增消耗了国内供应。

　　美国能源信息管理局（EIA）周三公布的数据显示，俄克拉何马州库欣（Cushing）原油储备中心库存已连续八周下降，目前约为2000万桶。这是大多数交易员认为的最低运营水平。

　　库欣库存水平对交易员判断美国原油期货基准价格至关重要。WTI期货价格又为美洲地区数百万桶原油交易提供定价基准。

　　美国原油出口在战争期间升至纪录高点，以填补全球供应缺口，这导致库欣库存大幅下降。中东冲突导致全球约20%的能源运输被困在波斯湾地区。

　　与此同时，随着特朗普政府推进释放1.72亿桶战略石油储备（SPR）以缓解战争期间燃料价格上涨的计划，美国战略原油储备规模也持续下降。

　　设立于20世纪70年代初阿拉伯石油禁运之后的战略石油储备本周降至约3.4亿桶的接近历史最低水平。这是自1983年以来的最低水平。

　　美国包括燃料在内的整体石油库存目前已跌至1985年有记录以来的最低水平。库欣库存和战略石油储备双双下降，使美国应对潜在供应冲击的缓冲空间缩小。
