金吾财讯 | 据港交所2026年6月17日披露文件，聚慧食品科技有限公司向港交所主板递交上市申请，独家保荐人为中信建投国际。公司为首度递表，暂无境内外其他上市主体。
股权方面，苟先生、王先生签署一致行动协议，通过多家 BVI 主体合计持有公司 90% 股权，构成控股股东集团。
公司是国内最大第三方中式复合调味品定制供应商，主营火锅、非火锅定制调味及标准调味产品，服务海底捞等连锁餐饮，2025 年客户复购率达 72.1%。
财务层面，2023-2025 年收入分别 10.30 亿元、11.36 亿元、11.06 亿元，净利润 1.23 亿元、1.53 亿元、1.25 亿元，三年毛利率维持 30.5%-33.4% 区间。
本次募资将用于研发升级、渠道品牌建设、产线智能化改造、数字化转型及补充营运资金。
