智通财经APP讯，中天宏信(00994)发布公告，配售协议的条件已获达成，且配售事项的完成(完成)于2026年6月17日落实。配售代理已成功根据配售协议的条款及条件按配售价每股配售股份0.36港元向不少于六名承配人配售合共1.5亿股配售股份，相当于本公司于完成前现有已发行股本的约13.15%及本公司紧随完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大的已发行股本约11.62%。
