ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，以太坊开发人员已进入 Glamsterdam 升级的最后开发阶段，正运行包含全部计划 EIP 的开发者网络（devnets），之后将部署至公共测试网。以太坊基金会核心开发者 Parithosh Jayanthi 表示，这是代码库加固和测试网上线前的最后阶段，虽无固定时间表但已取得重大进展。Glamsterdam 预计于今年下半年上线主网，被描述为“自合并以来最大规模的升级”，将改变以太坊的许多假设并为未来更大规模扩展奠定基础。
主要功能包括 EIP-7732（内置提议者-构建者分离），将区块构建和提议的分离机制纳入核心协议，以减少 MEV 操纵机会；以及 EIP-7928（区块级访问列表），允许区块提前声明要访问的账户和合约数据，提高执行效率。Glamsterdam 还包括一系列 Gas 重新定价，将大幅改变以太坊上的操作成本：高计算量操作变便宜，状态管理成本会升高。
