6月18日 ， 咨询公司 埃森哲周四表示，将收购工业网络安全公司Dragos的多数股权，并全资收购资产智能公司runZero和设备安全专家NetRise，这笔合并交易的总价值为41.8亿美元。
由于埃森哲下调了年度营收增长预测区间的上限，其股价在盘前交易中下跌逾12%，这表明面对经济前景不明朗，企业正削减对非必需IT咨询项目的支出。
在人工智能驱动的网络威胁日益加剧以及地缘政治紧张局势加剧的背景下，此次收购将使埃森哲的网络安全业务扩展至保护工业运营和关键基础设施（包括电网、管道、工厂和数据中心）的软件领域。
这些交易预计将在获得监管批准后于8月或9月完成，将新增总计2.08亿美元年度经常性收入的公司，并进一步壮大埃森哲价值100亿美元的网络安全业务。
该公司目前预计年度营收增长率将在3%至4%之间，低于此前3%至5%的预测。
根据伦敦证券交易所集团（LSEG）汇编的数据，埃森哲预计第四季度营收将在177.5亿美元至184亿美元之间，低于分析师平均预期的184.7亿美元。
