智通财经APP讯，影石创新(688775.SH)发布公告，公司全资子公司一路高飞(深圳)科技有限公司(简称“一路高飞”)拟与深圳瑞宏股权投资合伙企业(有限合伙)等合伙人共同出资设立深圳峰瑞影佳创业投资中心(有限合伙)(暂定名，简称“峰瑞影佳基金”)，其中一路高飞拟作为有限合伙人认缴出资1亿元，出资比例27.5%。
峰瑞影佳基金主要投资于新一代信息技术领域的种子期、初创期企业，聚焦于AI及智能硬件上下游等战略性新兴产业和未来产业领域的股权投资项目。公司通过投资基金，有助于进一步挖掘产业链上下游及横向优质企业，提升公司核心竞争力，完善公司整体战略布局。
