Brookfield Business to Sell Multiplex Unit to Obayashi

Brookfield Business (BBUC) has agreed to sell its Multiplex Global subsidiary to Obayashi, the Japanese company said Thursday.
Obayashi listed a total price tag of $540 million, comprising of $14 million in advisory fees and a $526 million acquisition cost.
The deal is expected to close in September, subject to regulatory approvals, Obayashi said.
