智通财经APP讯，青岛港(06198)发布公告，于2026年6月18日，本公司与青岛港集团订立资产转让协议，本公司拟以对价人民币6553.99万元(含税)向青岛港集团购买标的资产。
标的资产为评估报告所述的土地使用权、房屋建(构)筑物、机器设备及电子设备，其中土地使用权1项，面积为11,202.50平方米;房屋建筑物5项，总建筑面积为9,971.55 平方米;构筑物2项;机器设备115台(套);电子设备484台(套)。
本次交易满足本公司应急救援业务开展的需要，有利于保持资产使用权与所有权相统一，保障本公司业务稳健合规运营。本次交易完成后，将有助于提升本公司资产管理的完整性和规范性。
