智通财经APP讯，进升集团控股(01581)发布公告，预计集团于截至2026年3月31日止年度录得纯利约1800万港元至2100万港元，而截至2025年3月31日止年度则录得纯利约3410万港元。
预期本年度溢利减少主要归因于以下因素：(i)本年度收入较截至2025年3月31日止年度约9.14亿港元减少约8%，主要由于本年度建筑工程及建筑机械租赁活动(尤其是与香港国际机场三跑道系统及启德体育园有关的活动，该等活动已过其施工高峰期)减少，以及本年度建筑市场普遍低迷;(ii)本年度毛利率下跌，主要归因于市场竞争激烈导致新获授合约的毛利率较低，以及于若干项目的最后阶段产生额外收尾及竣工成本;及(iii)上述不利影响被其他收入增加约1220万港元所部分抵销，此主要归因于本年度出售物业、厂房及设备的收益。
