智通财经APP讯，元亨燃气(00332)发布公告，根据本集团截至2026年3月31日止年度(2026财政年度)未经审核综合管理账目的初步审阅，以及董事会现时掌握的资料，预计本集团2026财政年度的净亏损，较截至2025年3月31日止上一财政年度(2025财政年度)约19.93亿元人民币的净亏损减少超过90%。2026财政年度净亏损大幅收窄。
主要原因如下：本集团于2025财政年度确认合共约18.66亿元人民币的资产减值亏损，有关金额为就应收贸易账款、预付款项、其他应收款项及财务担保合约负债计提的减值拨备。预期2026财政年度不会计提重大资产减值拨备，故本年度的减值亏损将远低于2025财政年度。此外，本集团因不再将附属公司贵州华亨能源投资有限公司综合入账，于2025财政年度取得3500万元人民币的一次性亏损，有关亏损不会于2026财政年度再次出现。
