Perfect Moment CFO, COO Chath Weerasinghe to Step Down

Perfect Moment's (PMNT) Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer Chath Weerasinghe has tendered his resignation, effective three months from June 11 under Swiss law, the company said late Tuesday.
The company said Weerasinghe, who also serves as its principal financial and accounting officer, submitted his resignation notice on June 11.
Separately, the company said its common stock will move from the NYSE American to the OTCQB market effective June 18, it added.
Perfect Moment shares were down 2% in Wednesday premarket activity.
