智通财经APP讯，中国核电(601985.SH)发布公告，公司控股子公司三门核电有限公司(简称三门核电)拟将其持有的三门核电五、六号机组项目分公司相关资产及负债通过非公开协议方式，按照7.02亿元的价格转让给三门第二核电有限公司(简称三门二核)。
公告称，2025年3月20日，中国核电控股子公司三门核电与浙江天皇药业有限公司共同投资设立了三门二核，其中三门核电持股90%、天皇药业持股10%，三门二核作为三门核电子公司投资建设运营三门5、6号机组。本次交易中，三门核电拟将其持有的三门核电5、6号机组项目分公司相关资产及负债通过非公开协议方式，按照7.02亿元的价格转让给三门二核。
