智通财经APP获悉，南方两倍做多三星电子(07747)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.17%，报193.45港元，成交额25.13亿港元。
消息面上，据6月16日市场媒体报道，三星电子的晶圆代工业务首度获得马斯克旗下脑机接口企业Neuralink的芯片合同制造服务订单。三星晶圆代工将为Neuralink生产其“第四代”芯片，目标2027年底量产。该产品将采用4nm工艺制程，试产工作已于2026年5月启动。
此前，特斯拉已宣布将自动驾驶芯片AI6和AI6.5交给三星电子代工，并使用三星电子先进的2纳米工艺。另有报道指出，Neuralink芯片将采用4nm制程，这可能与三星电子在4nm工艺上实现了比更为先进制程更好的稳定性有关。
